The 30-day promise
Try any Hot Peps formula for 30 days. If it doesn’t feel right, return the bottle — opened or unopened — for a full refund minus original shipping. One-time use per customer.
How to start a return
Email hello@hotpeps.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send a prepaid label and refund within 5 business days of receipt.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 14 days. We’ll replace it at no charge.
