How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on location. Expedited options are available at checkout.
How should I store my compounds?
Store lyophilized vials at −20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C for short-term use. Avoid direct light and moisture. See our storage guide for detailed recommendations.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Email us with the product name and lot number (found on your vial label) and we'll provide the corresponding COA documentation. Learn more about our testing practices on the Standards page.
What is your refund/returns policy?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to initiate a return. Opened or damaged products are not eligible.
