1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Hot Peps are intended strictly for in vitro research, laboratory use, and scientific investigation only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By purchasing from Hot Peps, you confirm that products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site and place orders.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Returns
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or damaged products are not eligible for return. Contact us at hello@hotpeps.com to initiate a return.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hot Peps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
